Returns and refunds

At CPM School of Ministries, we are committed to providing quality biblical education and ministry training. Please read our refund policy carefully before submitting your enrollment and payment.

1.Non-Refundable Registration Fees

All registration and course fees are non-refundable once payment has been received, except under circumstances outlined below.

2.Course Withdrawal

Students who withdraw from a course before the official start date may request a refund of the course fee, less a $10 administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the course has commenced, regardless of participation or completion.

3.Printed Certificates/Diplomas

Fees paid for printed certificates or diplomas ($20) are non-refundable once the printing process has begun.

4.Course Cancellation by the School

In the event that CPM School of Ministries cancels a course or program, students will be given the option of a full refund or transfer of payment to another available course.

5.Special Circumstances

Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family crisis) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the School Administration.

6.Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request and issued through the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged.
